Itinerary
8:00 AM — Leave Skardu for Shigar.
9:00 AM — Arrive in Shigar and enjoy the mountain scenery.
9:15 AM — Visit Shigar Fort (also known as Fong-Khar).
10:30 AM — Walk through Shigar village and see the traditional Balti houses.
11:30 AM — Visit Amburiq Mosque, one of the oldest mosques in the region.
1:00 PM — Have lunch at Shigar Fort or a local restaurant.
2:00 PM — Free time to explore the area, take photos, or relax by the river.
3:30 PM — Start driving back to Skardu.
4:30 PM — Arrive back in Skardu.
