Itinerary

Arrival in Lahore & City Exploration

Your journey begins with your arrival at Allama Iqbal International Airport in Lahore, the vibrant cultural heart of Pakistan. After a warm welcome and hotel check-in, you will begin exploring the city’s most iconic landmarks. The afternoon includes visits to the majestic Badshahi Mosque, built in 1673 and one of the largest Mughal mosques in South Asia; the historic Lahore Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage Site that reflects centuries of imperial grandeur; and the serene Shalimar Gardens, an exquisite example of Mughal landscape design. In the evening, return to your hotel for an overnight stay.

Drive to Islamabad via Ketas Raj Temples

After breakfast, you will depart Lahore for Islamabad, with a special stop at the ancient Ketas Raj Temples located in Chakwal district. These temples, dating back over 2,000 years, are considered the second holiest Hindu site in Pakistan. The sacred complex includes shrines dedicated to Lord Shiva, Hanuman Jee, and Kali Mata, and features a holy pond known as Amrit Kund, believed to have formed from the tears of Lord Shiva. The peaceful surroundings and mythological importance of the site offer a deeply spiritual experience. After exploring Ketas, continue the drive to Islamabad, check in at your hotel, and rest for the evening.

Visit to Gurdwara Panja Sahib & Islamabad City Tour

This morning, drive to Hassan Abdal, located about 48 kilometers from Islamabad, to visit Gurdwara Panja Sahib, one of Sikhism’s most sacred shrines. This revered site is famous for the sacred boulder bearing the handprint of Guru Nanak Dev Ji. Sikh pilgrims from around the world consider this gurdwara a central stop in their spiritual journey. After spending reflective time at Panja Sahib, return to Islamabad and explore key attractions of the capital. You will visit the Faisal Mosque, Pakistan’s largest and most iconic mosque; the Pakistan Monument, symbolizing national unity; and Lok Virsa Museum, which showcases the country’s rich folk traditions. Return to your hotel for overnight stay.

Drive Back to Lahore

After breakfast, begin your return journey to Lahore by road, passing through the plains of Punjab. You may stop for lunch or refreshments en route. Upon arrival in Lahore in the afternoon, the rest of the day is free for relaxation or personal exploration. You may choose to enjoy a quiet evening or visit one of the city’s modern cafés or parks. Overnight stay will be in Lahore.

Historical Sights, Bazaars & Local Cuisine in Lahore

This day is dedicated to immersing yourself in Lahore’s deep historical and cultural roots. Begin with a visit to the Walled City of Lahore, entering through the restored Delhi Gate and walking through the narrow, bustling streets filled with heritage havelis, mosques, and bazaars. Continue to the Lahore Museum, home to important artifacts including the world-renowned Fasting Buddha from the Gandhara period. Later, enjoy shopping at Anarkali Bazaar and Liberty Market, known for textiles, handicrafts, and traditional jewelry. Conclude the day with a delicious dinner at the Fort Road Food Street, where the illuminated view of the Badshahi Mosque adds to the experience. Overnight stay in Lahore.

Departure or Border Drop-off

After breakfast, it’s time to conclude your journey. You will be transferred to Lahore Airport for your departure flight. For guests returning to India, a transfer to the Wagah Border can be arranged. Depart with cherished memories of a soulful and insightful journey across Pakistan’s sacred and cultural landmarks.
